  Totally unprofessional i had a bad experience with a so called manager “monica” also has a Bad attitude why come to work grumpy if u not in need of doing your job just terrible person just by the way she starts talking u can hear it in her voice she just wanna get the f*** out people like her shouldnt be hired i called HR and everything to see what i can do so i have already reported her name as well along with another peroson i had a bad intercount with she was a cashier “tiffany” had half side of her haid shaved but anyways this home depot has bad service this homedepot u cant call it a professional retail store because they dont really care about the customers they hust want tht pay check handed and call it a day

  I have had nothing but negative experiences at this Home Depot. Their customer service is poor, and their appliances have poor refund policies that fail to cover if not noted within a short 48 hour window. Their staff are untrained and unprofessional, rarely having any expertise to contribute to help resolve your home renovation issues. I would highly recommend completing all purchases through Lowe's.

  If you don’t need customer service you’ll be good to go, and as I frequent this Home Depot I can tell you that there are great employees here. However, I’ve experienced very long wait times on multiple occasions when I’ve needed a piece of wood cut or needed a key made and a few times it’s been difficult to find someone when I’ve needed help.
  
  Update Jan ‘18: moved down to 2 stars, as long as you don’t need service it’s an excellent location
